Multichat redesign and full client conversation history shown to agents

Flow Palette. The Flow Palette feature has been added to the Flow Diagram to simplify bot authoring. It provides bot authors with the following benefits:
- Eliminates tedious work for bot authors when integrating their chatbots with third party tools and apps. Flow Palette provides dedicated integration steps and allows bot authors to configure integrations directly on the step using the Flow Editor.
- Simplifies flow step addition when creating new flows or updating existing ones. Flow Palette provides common flow steps. No need to add a first step and then use the Flow Editor to change its type; bot authors can now just use drag their desired common flow step as first step and drop it in the flow diagram.
- Multichat redesign and full client conversation history shown to agents
- Amazing user experience with a brand new redesign.
- Better client assistance by having access to the full client conversation history prior to live chat session initiation.
- Druid Vision: New OCR service available
- Druid Help Chatbot. Whenever you author a chatbot and you have difficulties in performing a task or would like to find out more information about a specific topic, talk to Druid Help chatbot.

The RO_RegistrationCertificate service is now available in Druid Vision. The service performs OCR and data extraction from Romanian car registration certificates.

Druid Help chatbot identifies where in the authoring area you are and provides you with contextual links to documentation topics.
Improvements
- The Evaluation and NER tenant features are active by default, eliminating the need for Druid Portal administrators to get in touch with Druid Support Team for activation.
- Tooltips are now available for all icons in left side burger menu.
Bug fixes
- Live Chat: Disconnecting a paused live chat session keeps the client connected.
